GiqComp Solutions does not guarantee the performance, reliability, compatibility, or continued support of older or discontinued hardware and software. Repairs, upgrades, or updates to such systems are performed at the client’s risk, and full functionality cannot be assured.


3. Third-Party Software and Licenses

Any third-party software or proprietary licenses installed, configured, or maintained by GiqComp Solutions remain the property of their respective owners. Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable software license agreements.


4. Security and Viruses

While security measures and recommendations may be provided, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or virus-free. Clients must use up-to-date antivirus solutions and adhere to best practices to reduce security risks.


5. Liability Limitation

GiqComp Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from the use of our services or any failure to provide timely or adequate service.


6. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to:

  • Regularly back up all data.
  • Provide accurate information and full cooperation during service engagements.
  • Keep hardware, software, and operating systems reasonably up-to-date.

7. Service Limitations

All services are provided “as-is” and “as-available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GiqComp Solutions reserves the right to refuse service or discontinue support for equipment or software deemed obsolete or unsupported by manufacturers.
